Our Company Board meets 4 times per year and is responsible for the overall direction of the company, the finances and the management tea, togther with focusing on the strategic direction of Central Milton Keynes.
City Centre Operations Group meets 6 times per year to focus on the day to day management and maintenance issues concerning the city centre. Sub-groups are created as and when the need arises to focus on specific operations matters such as the CMK Large Employers Travel Plan Group and the After8 Group.
The Stakeholder Forum provides a platform for debate and exchange of views on any matters relevant to the stakeholders of Central Milton Keynes through engagement with the responsible organisations.
